Belgium has cleaning cheques or service voucher systems that work as a means of payment, subsidized by the regional authorities, which allows a private user to pay an employee of a recognized company advantageously for household work.

One Cleaning cheque costs €10. For each hour that the Cleaning Service cleans, they receive one cleaning cheque.

We ask one person at the house, usually the House Manager, to buy the cleaning cheques. This person is then reimbursed with the money collected for the monthly charges by Coloc Housing.

2) Download the app (Sodexo/Pluxee) or Make an account on https://www.titre-service.brussels/ for houses situated in Brussels and https://dienstencheques.vlaanderen.be/ for houses situated in Flanders

3) Order an agreed amount of cleaning cheques

4) Ask Coloc Housing to be reimbursed
