When someone applies the person's application is shared with the roomies and the Coloc Housing Team.

The current roomies will then be able to chat with you through the Coloc Housing Chat. They can invite you for a visit or accept your application through a voting system. Once your application is accepted by the roomies, you will receive an email with the signature request link to sign your contract. You have 24 hours the time to review and sign the contract.

If someone else has applied before you and you are accepted, you will get an email indicating that your application has been put in line. If the person before you, doesn't sign his/her contract, the signature request link will expire, and an email with the signature request link will be sent to you.

Once you signed your contract, you have 24 hours to send us proof of payment of the deposit.
