A Coloc Buddy is a fellow roomie who helps new arrivals settle in. Theyâre your go-to person for any general questions, guidance about house life, and tips for adjusting to your new home.
Here's what they do:
Help new roomies settle in and understand the house rules
Answer general questions about Coloc life and the local area
Organize events and activities to bring roomies together
Encourage a friendly and connected living environment
However, a Coloc Buddy is NOT responsible for house management, they simply help make the transition smoother and ensure that everyone feels at home.
đ§ Who Can Be a Coloc Buddy?
Anyone in the house can volunteer to become a Coloc Buddy! If you enjoy bringing people together and creating a positive home environment, this role is for you.
