Steps for a Bedroom Swap
Give Notice: Submit a 2-month notice via your dashboard before starting the process.
Choose the Date: After your notice is confirmed, pick a date for the swap.
Apply for the New Bedroom: Apply for the bedroom you wish to move into through our platform.
New Contract: Once applied, you'll automatically get accepted for the new bedroom.
Swap fee: Pay the Swap Fee to complete the process!
📌 Key Points
€200 Swap Fee: Covers the extra inspection required.
Deposit: Your deposit stays the same and will be refunded when you fully move out.
Replacement Responsibility: If you’re swapping with a roomie who’s leaving, the responsibility to find a replacement for the bedroom you’re vacating will transfer to you. However, it’s still a group effort to find a new tenant. Tip: look for a new roomie before handing in your notice!
