Moving within Coloc Housing can involve:
🔄 1. Swapping Bedrooms in the Same House
You probably know the drill by now:
Submit your notice via the tenant dashboard
Let your property manager know
Apply for the new bedroom (usually auto-approved if it’s free)
Pay the €200 swap fee (covers inspection & inventory)
Get your room inspected before the move is official
🚚 2. Moving to Another Coloc House
✔️ Submit a notice to vacate your current house via the platform.
✔️ Find a replacement tenant (this is your responsibility).
✔️ Apply to the new house through the Coloc platform.
✔️ Get approval from the current housemates in the new house.
✔️ Complete an inspection of the new accommodation before moving in.
