Leaving before your 2-month notice period ends is possible, but there are important conditions to follow.

✔ 1. Find a Replacement → You are responsible for finding a new tenant to take over your bedroom. If someone moves in before your notice period ends, you will only pay rent until their move-in date.
✔ 2. Respect the 2-Month Notice Rule → If no replacement is found, you must continue paying rent until the end of your notice period.
✔ 3. Apply for an Exception → In rare cases (e.g., serious personal reasons), you can request an exception, but approval is not guaranteed.
