✅ Bedroom Swap Process
✔ 1. Giving Notice → You must submit a 2-month notice via your dashboard before initiating a bedroom swap.
✔ 2. Selecting the Date → Once your notice is confirmed, choose the date for your bedroom swap in your calendar.
✔ 3. Applying for the bedroom Swap → Apply for the new bedroom you wish to move into through our platform.
✔ 4. Accepting the New Contract → Once approved, you'll receive a new contract with updated details. Make sure to review and accept it.
📌 Important Notes:
A €200 bedroom swap fee applies to cover administrative work, inspections, and logistics.
Your deposit remains unchanged and will be refunded after you fully move out of Coloc Housing.
If you're switching bedrooms with someone within the same house, you must respect your notice period and ensure a replacement for your previous bedroom if needed.
