If your plans change and you need to extend your stay, you can update your temporary move-out date on your Coloc Housing Dashboard—as long as you haven’t submitted an official notice yet.
🔄 How to Extend Your Move-Out Date
✔ 1. Check Your Current Move-Out Date
Your move-out date on the dashboard is temporary until you submit an official notice.
✔ 2. Update Your Move-Out Date on Your Dashboard
If you haven’t submitted an official notice, you can change your move-out date anytime in your Coloc Housing account.
✔ 3. If You Already Gave Notice, Contact Coloc Housing
If you've already submitted your notice, the 2-month notice period applies, and you must request an extension directly from Coloc Housing.
✔ 4. Follow Your Rental Agreement Terms
The default rental agreement duration is 9 years, so unless you give official notice, you can stay indefinitely as per the contract.
⚠️ Important Notes
If you haven’t given notice yet, you’re free to stay as long as your contract allows.
If you already submitted notice, extending your stay depends on bedroom availability and agreement with Coloc Housing.
