How to Read & Record:

✔ Note down the black or white numbers followed by red decimals on the meter.
✔ Write down the water meter number for reference.
✔ 📸 Take a clear photo of the water counter (all numbers must be visible).

How to Read & Record:
✔ Find the electricity meter (old or new model).
