When applying for a room, you apply for a visit. Your application will be reviewed by your future housemates. Within the next hours they will invite you for a virtual or an in-person visit. Once there’s a match, we’ll send the rental agreement to your email.

We give you 24 hours to sign the contract and transfer the deposit to an assigned deposit account. Once we have proof of payment of deposit, the room is yours and your coloc experience begins.
