Once your application is approved, you’ll have 24 hours to sign your contract and complete the required onboarding payments. These include:
A deposit equal to two months of net rent (excluding charges).
A €300 onboarding fee covering the initial inspection.

2. What It Covers:
Move-in and move-out inspections by an external, objective party
Inventory of fixtures and furniture
Administrative costs.
To process these payments, you will be asked to provide a SEPA mandate from your bank. This authorises Coloc to withdraw the required amount from your account within the next 10 days.
The final step is to pay your first rent before the 25th of the month preceding your move-in date.
For example, if you move in on January 1st, you’ll receive an email reminder to pay your rent before December 25th. This payment will be made via bank transfer, and the email will include the correct IBAN and reference. 💶
Once all payments are completed, your place is confirmed — you’re officially part of Coloc! 🎉 You will then receive a link to join your house’s WhatsApp group.
