Yes! Pets are allowed in most Coloc Housing homes, but there are a few conditions:
All roomies must agree to having a pet in the house, a majority vote isn't sufficient.
You will be responsible for covering any additional damages or cleaning.
If a new roomie enters and prefers not to have the pet, this preference must be respected.
