Pets are allowed in Coloc Housing homes, but there are a few conditions:
All roomies must agree to having a pet in the house, a majority vote isn't sufficient.
You will all be responsible for covering any additional damages or cleaning (not just the pet owner).
If a new roomie enters, you should inform them prior to their arrival of the pet in the house and discuss it with them.
