Record Water Count: Note down the black or white numbers followed by red decimals on the water meter. Also, write down the water meter number for reference.
Verification: Take a clear photo of the entire water counter, ensuring all numbers are visible.
2. Electricity Consumption
Electricity meters are commonly situated in the electrical box, often in the basement from the street side. Here’s what you need to do:
Find the Electricity Meter: Look for the electricity meter, which may differ based on whether it's an old or new model.
Recording Old Meters: For old meters, note down both numbers displayed.
Recording New Meters: For new meters, press the green button to display all numbers after 1.8.1, 1.8.2, 2.8.1, and 2.8.2.
