Cleaning budget – There’s a monthly budget for shared space cleaning. This can be distrubuted however the house prefers.
Repair budget – For fixes that should fall under a tenant's responsability, but are harder to do.
Annual maintenance of appliances – Regular upkeep and replacements due to normal wear and tear.
Heating system & boiler upkeep – Regular inspections and servicing are included.

A few things still fall under your responsibility:
