Due Date – Rent must be paid before the 1st of each month.
Where to Find Payment Details – Log into your Coloc Housing dashboard, click on "See Current Contract," and scroll to "See Payment Details". Make sure to always check if the payment details are still the same.
First Rent Payment – If you move in mid-month, your first rent payment must be received before your arrival.
