Do I need to take an extra insurance?

The house has a fire insurance with the clause ‘waiver of recourse against’. This means that the insurance can NOT request money from you for any fire or damages you provoked.

Your personal belongings in your room are not covered by our insurance. Please let us know, if you also wish to insure your personal belongings.
