You have the choice to select a move-out date or not.

I know when I want to leave

You can select a specific move-out date. We will send you 10 weeks before this move-out date an email asking you if you want to stay longer or not. If you don't want to stay longer, we ask you to submit your notice letter through your dashboard. Keep in mind that your move-out date is only confirmed from the moment you submitted your notice letter.

I don't know when I want to leave

Some people have no idea when they will be leaving. In that case you don't have to select a move-out date. When you will want to move out you'll just need to submit your notice letter.
