Emergencies
Call +32 2 615 44 19 outside hours only for:
Flooding or severe leaks causing damage
Spark, smoke, burning smell, or the whole house without power and resetting the fuses does not work
Everyone locked outside & no way of opening the outside door
Whole house without heating in winter
After repeated misuse, using this number incorrectly will now result in a €100 charge.
